To be eligible to vote in Pennsylvania:
- You must be a citizen of the United States for at least one month before the election
- You must be a resident of the election district in which you register to vote for at least 30 days before the election.
- You must be at least 18 years of age on or before the date of the election.
Under the law, only voters registered as Republicans or Democrats may vote for candidates in a primary election.
Ballot questions are open to all voters.
Citizens may register at the Lancaster County voter registration office located at 150 North Queen Street in Lancaster.
